Membership

The following fees and charges are payable by all members of the club.  We want to ensure shooting is fair and accessible to all, as such the membership fee helps us cover the costs of running and growing the club, whilst range fees help cover the cost of the range and targets. Non-members are charged at £30 per shoot after the first trial day.
BEGINNER

If you are new to shooting please see our 'Get into shooting' page to try the sport on one of our Guest Days.  This allows you to try the sport safely with our experienced instructors, before committing to probationary membership.

EXPERIENCED SHOOTER

If you are an experienced shooter, with or without a Fire Arms Certificate, you are welcome to either join a guest day to learn more about the club, or join directly via the online application form.  As required under Home Office Licence ALL new members regardless of experience join on a three month probation, before then being reviewed and approved by the Committee for full membership.

RANGE FEEs - PAY AS YOU GO

Many experienced shooters will recognise these membership fees are low; that is because we have separated range fees from the main membership cost.  We want to ensure shooting is fair and accessible to all, as such the membership fee helps us cover the costs of running and growing the club, whilst range fees help cover the cost of the range and targets.  The more you shoot, the more you contribute.  GTSA Range Fees for members are £15/shooting day, reduced to £10 for Juniors, booked and paid for in advance via the online booking system.
